This timeframe is broken down into two distinct logistical phases. First, 1 business day is allocated for order packaging and outbound shipping preparation from our facility. Order cancellation is subject to specific timing limits. You are permitted to cancel an order without penalty as long as the items remain within our physical possession. Once your package is dispatched and transferred to our logistics partner, the cancellation option closes. From that specific point onward, the delivery process must be completed to its final destination.
To eliminate billing surprises, our business framework functions through a Cash on Delivery model only. We collect the entire balance due directly at your doorstep during the handover. Following this structural assessment, we will move forward with an appropriate solution. If the item qualifies, we will coordinate a product replacement. In scenarios where the structural flaw cannot be corrected or if the specific item is completely out of stock, we will arrange a full refund of your payment.
Because our system operates on a Cash on Delivery structure, we do not possess your banking details at checkout. Therefore, our team will communicate with you via email to collect your necessary banking parameters. Upon receiving these details, we will initiate a direct bank transfer. Once processed, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to show up in your personal account, varying by individual banking institutions. We do not assess any restocking fees for processing valid returns.
